1. This machine adopts synchronous control technique. The cent-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system.
2. The input front-panel is touch screen , the operate is more intelligent and reasonable
3. The line wire feeding by coil wire, with wire straightening system, save labour and improve productivity
4. Wire mesh panel be pulled by the servo motor automatically
5. The cross wire feeding from the hopper automatically ,the hopper max load 1500kgs.
6. The machine adopts new type of high efficient welding transformer ,greatly expand the scope of welding diameters
7. The transformer adopts water-cooling system.
8. The water cooling system of electrode is designed, prolong the service time of electrode.
