This Machine is used to produce construction mesh Roll or Sheet.
This production line includes: Coil wire pay-off frame system, Multi-wheels straightening system, welding system, mesh pulling system, mesh cutting machine, mesh roll system.
Our producing Line adopts synchronous control technique, welding time and sub-control welding is composed of PLC program system.
Touch screen and keyboard input panel forms make operation more intellectualized and reasonable. The biggest advantage of this system is different kinds of mesh size can be welded on the same panel. New and high efficiency of welding machine transformer expands welding wire diameter scope. Easy handling and high working efficiency achieve a perfect welding machine.
Machine working with high speed, feeding wire could be round bar wire or rebar wire.
