3-6mm Wire Mesh Welding Machine

The wire mesh welding machine is used to 3-6mm wire diameter, and the length of the mesh is generally 3-6m, the mesh width is 1200mm,1500mm, 2000mm and 1500mm, our machine can customized according to clients need. The machine adopts a fully automatic control system, which is convenient to operate the machine. It has two feeding methods of cutting wire and coiling wire to ensure high-quality production of finished wire mesh.

Product Advantages

Mesh holes of different sizes can appear on the same mesh. The hole spacing of the line wires is adjustable. Enter the hole spacing of the cross wires into the computer to achieve the hole spacing you get. Both the line wires and the cross wires are pre-straightened and cut by a straightening machine.

The welding speed is fast, and large quantities of mesh can be welded in a short time, ensuring quality and saving time.

Using an automatic blanking device, the mesh sheets are stacked neatly, making transportation convenient and reducing manpower.
